Kevin Singer is founder and President of Receivership Specialists and, with his partners John Rachlin and Jackson Wyche, specializes in state and federal court receiverships, partition referee assignments, asset sales, code compliance, provisional director assignments, professional trustee assignments and bankruptcy trustee assignments. Receivership Specialists has been in business since 2001 and has handled over 672 cases. Receivership Specialists has offices in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Irvine, Phoenix, Denver, and Las Vegas and handles assignments throughout the United States. The alliance of these three professionals brings together vast knowledge and experience in the areas of real estate, business management, law, code compliance, construction, trust administration, and conflict resolution.
Mr. Singer has extensive experience in real estate, business operations, management, and construction. He is a real estate broker, licensed building contractor, and professional fiduciary. Mr. Rachlin is co-founder of Receivership Specialists and has been a licensed attorney for 32 years specializing in real estate and general business law. Mr. Wyche joined the firm in 2020 and is a licensed attorney with a master’s degree in mathematical finance from the University of Southern California, where he also attended the Gould School of Law. Mr. Singer, Mr. Rachlin, and Mr. Wyche have been nominated by judges, banks, private lenders, special servicers, private investors, and municipalities. They have also managed and transitioned over two billion dollars in assets. These principals of Receivership Specialists have served as receiver, referee, trustee, special master, and bankruptcy trustee over various types of real estate, businesses, family estates/trusts, gas stations, hotels, assisted living facilities, affordable housing, restaurants, liquor licenses, commodities, construction projects, and many other types of businesses. Mr. Singer is past President and on the Board of Directors for the California Receivers Forum (CRF), an associate publisher for Receivership News, a ten-time participant and panelist at the CRF in conjunction with Loyola Law School Receivers Education Program, and has lectured and written on various topics in the receivership field.
